A focused MVP typically takes 3–4 months from kickoff to store submission: discovery and design first, then development in weekly sprints. Larger products run longer — after discovery you'll have a concrete roadmap and timeline.
Both, honestly advised. Our heart is in native — Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android — but when speed-to-market matters more than platform depth, we recommend Flutter or React Native. The choice is made for your product, not our convenience.
